Cookies and Traffic Data

Cookies are small text files which are transferred from our website, product or service and stored on your computer’s hard drive. They are widely used in order to help websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide general usage information to the owners of the site. There are different types of cookies 

Session Cookies – We use session cookies on our websites and in some of our products or services to identify and track users and to remember what is in your shopping basket (where relevant) and we also use session cookies to remember customer information used to complete transactions. Web analytics and similar services – Our website uses web analytics services. Web analytics cookies allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and see how they move around the website, product or service. This helps us make our service to you better. 

We also use cookies and similar software known as web beacons or pixels to count users who have visited our website after clicking through from one of our advertisements on another website or in emails and to collect details of any products purchased. These web beacons collect limited information which does not identify particular individuals. It is not possible to refuse the use of web beacons. However, because they are used in conjunction with cookies, you can effectively disable them by setting your browser to restrict or block cookies. 

We keep a record of traffic data which is logged automatically by our server, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the website that you visited before ours, the website you visit after leaving our site. We also collect some site, product and service statistics such as access rates, page hits and page views. We are not able to identify any individual from traffic data or site statistics. 

Emails, Posts , Social Media –  We reserve the right to repost extracts from emails and social media posts on public platforms including but not limited to Amazon , eBay , Trustpilot , Review.io , Facebook . Twitter. We will however never publish names , phone numbers , email addresses or any information which could clearly identity the original poster. We would also not repost any image which contains a background which could identify a location or other information of a personal nature however we cannot be responsible for embedded information such as GPS location information contained within an image posted to our social media profiles or emailed to us that is reposted. Any image or content sent to us in a post including images is sent and accepted with no copyright and copyright cannot be enforced at a later date should we repost or use the content in a post or repost. We use information provided to us responsibly and we will comply with any request to remove a post or content within a post however if for example we have reposted text from a communication related to a negative review left by a customer we reserve the right to repost the content of their post to defend ourselves however we will still not use posts which could clearly identify the original poster.
